Multiple independent AI models analyze in parallel: anatomy, shadows, skin texture, text rendering. Optionally with an online fact-check and sources.
A clear verdict with confidence in percent, indicators, and reasoning. If the models disagree, we say so honestly: UNSURE.
Three possible verdicts
AI detection is probability-based — never 100%. If confidence is below 70%, we don’t claim a verdict we can’t stand behind.
The models find no signs of AI generation or manipulation. Shadows, anatomy, and textures are consistent.
Clear traces of AI generation or image manipulation — such as impossible anatomy, broken text rendering, or inconsistent lighting.
The models disagree, or confidence is below 70%. We say so instead of guessing — that’s part of the methodology.

Checked images are transmitted encrypted for analysis and automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours at most. Your history keeps only the verdicts — no images. Details in the privacy policy.
Directly via your Apple account: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → FakeCheck → Cancel Subscription. We have no technical access to it — and that’s how it should be.
In the app: Settings → About → Delete Account. All server data is removed within 30 days.
